The design of this dress is a classic 40s/50s shirtwaister style, with the button placements in pairs down the front with short turn up sleeves and two chest pockets, but the label really dates it more as 80s, as does the nylon lining to the skirt and poly mix fabric. However you could easily wear this to a revival event as a much older style and will be so comfy in this amazing heatwave.
- The fabric is so soft cotton with a wide weave, almost like a soft linen, white with a pastel yellow and blue stripe, the skirt lining is poly'.
- Front button fastening with domed plastic buttons.
